I first started this course when AC came up in the Online Video Course. I had a block/resistance/lack of confidence when it came to the communicating so put the course aside and completed the Video Course. After some time, I restarted the AC course and made much better progress. I'm delighted to have completed now and had positive feedback. I intend to keep on practising through the Forum to build confidence. Thank you very much James for your careful guidance through the course - I got a lot out of it and look forward to continued learning to benefit all
