This tutorial is so brilliant! It breaks down the process for someone new to it into such clear stages, and makes it so understandable and so accessible.

By giving a framework to look at a problems, the problem becomes less scary and therefore easier to take on. The ‘what’ and ‘how’ process gives a chance to develop a solution in stages, which again is not too daunting. Suddenly realisation dawns and problems morph into opportunities.

It is also a chance to be kind to yourself, by working back to the historic source of hang-ups and remove them to forestall future problems.

This technique is absolutely amazing and it works. James is a very special teacher with a very special background and I am happy to do this and ACT1 with him. This technique is not only beautiful for animals, but for our own development, and for communication with everything. It works for people, children, plants, I am sure. Thanks !!!!!
