wonderful way to be..
I’ve been Headspacing for a couple of years now to let go more of thinking and be in the now. It’s much more fun to practice with my dogs and see the actual outcome of being here and now and for them to confirm making steps in the process. I’m so looking forward to achieve the desired results especially with with my youngest so so sensitive and smart dog who is teaching me in life so much about myself and I really want to help her overcome her struggles. Having said this I realize this is exactly what I need to let go of haha!
