Very nice for the most part! I had some technical issues though, it was very hard to get the videos to start playing. I had to click and click and click before it would eventually work. Also I don’t have access to my computer for a while so I used my phone which made it really hard ( pretty impossible to see the technical tutorials on how to use this site. (3 stars due to technical issues)

I love this so much, I have a little Chihauhau (who is magnificent) and who loves to walk but is fearful of putting on his harness/coat to go out and runs away. I’m always gentle and patient, have treats etc to no avail. I watched the intro course yesterday and applied the techniques straight after to take him out, it worked and I was able to put his harness on and again today. If you were an outside observer you probably wouldn’t see much difference between my before and after behaviours, I can only put it down to an internal shift! Thank you so much

I loved the message of these videos, and having just got a new horse am excited to try and apply mindful awareness into our work together, which I already do intuitively but I see where control issues sneak in when both of us are emotional…. Great stuff! Can’t wait to learn more! ???

Absolutely love the content. I am a clinical psychologist specialising in trauma based work and this approach maps so well onto my work with children and adults. I am also a yoga and meditation teacher so fully understand the importance of being present. Explanations are clear and concise and delivered in a warm friendly manner. I been inspired to learn more.
