What a great concept, although not simple to convey to others, and yet here it’s crystal clear. I have a great connection and relation with Jake, my 6 years old Amstaff adopted 3 years ago, who is a very balanced dog… NOW. So I was trying to help people with their dogs using my experience, But it was difficult for me to explain to others and the only mention of Mindfulness practise is not enough, for people don’t get it. And now I came across the Trust-Technique. Really excited about learning the techniques, how to explain the process, deepen in Mindfulness, and contribute to a better world, one dog at a time! 😉
Excellent intro course giving you the basics and some mindfulness practice before you start the full course. Really enjoyed the bonus video about Ares the lion too.
