This has been a wonderful introduction. Not only are the messages presented in a really brilliant and profound way. But the calm and welcoming way of presenting which James is showing here seems to be a big part of the Trust Technique itself. I felt lead down to the lower numbers of the 1-10-scale immediately. And so I enjoyed watching and listening to the videos very much. Actually I was caught by the Trust Technique the moment I watched James sitting amidst a herd of horses which all relaxed and laid down peacefully.
