This was a great way to teach the beginning of energy work with your animal. I wonder what more they have to offer.
I am not sure yet. Is it just a question of sitting with your animals using this technique and fear will be eliminated even if the focus is an outside fear? I will however be trying it. Would like to have learnt a bit more on how to interact with your own animals
