James whole personality is so peaceful. When times are stressful and life is confusing I just watch one of the trust technique films and I’m relaxed and sleep well next night.

Hi, I’ve gone through my own journey over the last 13 years trying many different forms of self help. I am a reiki healer which I learnt mainly for animals so they are the beings I seek to help. I picked messages of trust and the video course to help with my reactive rescue dog. The technique is so simple and yet so effective and makes me very emotional just watching the gorgeous reactions of the animals. As you say you may not change the world but for that animal and indeed for anyone working with the technique their world will change for ever….❤️
