There is always a battle between theory and practical experience, and the video course bridges the gap so well, and James is a wonderful tutor.

I loved the messages of trust which is completly in tune with my way of life, I have been meditating as a buddhist for the last 12 years but being in the present moment is very much in line with one of the book I have read this year (the power of now). I have had issues of aggresivity with my last dog and didn’t want to get a new one until I understood where I went wrong, after listening to the video I can see it clearly. Thank you so much?
