It’s very powerful. I tested with my animals, only a few minutes, and I lived the famous connection which was described. More peace, good feelings, more trust already! The exercises about present moment are wonderful, and the teacher is so clear, giving concrete advices to be able to make quiet the thinking. I will work this again!
