I loved the messages of trust which is completly in tune with my way of life, I have been meditating as a buddhist for the last 12 years but being in the present moment is very much in line with one of the book I have read this year (the power of now). I loved it. The content was enormous. As this is new information it is great to absorb this information at the beginner level. The exercises were wonderful on their own. Somehow I couldn’t let myself go into “ordinary” meditation. Didn’t have the patience, my mental always insisted on the fact that I had “better” things to do. But presented as a wonderful way to communicate with our animal friends, and so simply guided by James, suddenly it becomes much more easier! And I saw my own level of thinking spectacularly go down! Which I thought almost impossible! Thank you for such a wonderful technique! I am so eager to start the Trust Technique Video Course!
