The image is of ‘Tufty – the cat who came to stay’. She arrived a screaming, desperate stray at the back door and this is her on day four, before she went to the local animal shelter. At three months old she was discovered to be pregnant. During emergency surgery, she lost her four kittens, but now thrives and becomes fluffier by the day, in her new home. She graced me with her short stay.
