From what I have seen, felt and heard so far from just the initial course, I am hooked. I, if and when I can afford it, will definitely be purchasing the full tutorials. I have done the initial course and have so enjoyed it. Being a high thinker, it has helped me to understand how peace of mind can help both myself and my animals. I have a cat and realise that I already use some of the methods given in the exercises but I can now use these with more focus and more effectively. Being a horse lover, I have recently found a part-loan mare who is described as `temperamental’ which is because of things that have happened in her past. I am so looking forward to making a true connection with her, and hopefully as time goes on, and if she is willing, also go out riding with her. I thoroughly enjoyed the Message of Trust videos. I have helped with rescued animinals for the last 49 years and watching the videos has made me realise just how important it is to be in the “present moment” in my own mind when helping these neglected animals. It has made me realise how much more I can connect with them, by keeping my mind in the “present”.

Love this trust technique. I’ve discovered more about my self and realise that having an empty mind is not being stupid but it is what gives me the patience and peacefulness I naturally have.
