Very useful and enjoyable. Has inspired me to go back to the video course, which I’m afraid I neglected due to other commitments and also due to not having an animal of my own. I have now ‘inherited’ a cat who clearly has some trust issues so the Trust Technique is now much more relevant to me.
I’ve been practising being present through meditation for a long time and I have noticed a general lack of interest in many topics – people are keen to get me talking about certain things (my son for example) and I find I have little or nothing to say. I might say “maybe” or “I don’t know” or when I do fall into worrying I know that it is not helpful. These exercises have given me clarity about what is happening. I no longer feel I am just avoiding the issue. I am looking for a better way forward and here it is. Thank you so much.

I really enjoyed the Messages of Trust videos. They inspired me to lower my thinking levels and to become more present when I’m with my animals. I’m more concious of of my thoughts and behaviour being positively in alignment with the desired outcome !
