I have been avoiding this technique without knowing why. It has taken me three years to return to the Messages of Trust videos that were shared with me by a friend who works in the animal world like I do. When I watched “just the Intro” video and practiced “just by watching” the young woman work with donkey (or horse, cannot remember at the moment which means… I am not there in the past anymore! Yippee!), I was stunned at how I was able to apply it right there in that moment and watch as my little dachshund puppy sitting on my lap turned around, nose up and offered his schnout for a kiss. It delighted me and scared me at the same time.

Afraid of the power of GOoD that is possible when I finally let GOd lead the present moment.

“Trust, what?” is what I find myself asking and wonder, “why did James name it Trust Technique?” and perhaps, that is part of my journey to receive the answer while learning this beautiful soul-present technique which I barely have words for while at the same time, observing all of the “anxiety die-off” running through my mind as I sit still and silent.

Tremendous opening I am facing and I am filled with emotions as the thinkings die off to meet the Present Moment free.

I am still only part way through the whole course, but I have learnt so much, not only about TT but about myself too. I can already see differences in both my skittish foster cats and my own cats. I am so pleased to be making this journey to better understanding and respect for all animals, not just those in my care.

Messages of Trust is a great way to introduce this phenomenal “tool” for sharing peace, trust and love with animals of all kinds, even the human one 😉

A fascinating and interesting introduction to the Trust Technique. I noticed how my hyper alert little dog settled down and slept by my side just listening to it. Staying in the energy and using the same voice, I was able to calm him down and communicate with him. He listened to me instead of barking his head off at the sound of neighbours. I am intrigued and looking forward to learn more!

Je comprends maintenant pourquoi on dit que les chevaux savent dans quel état d’esprit on est , qu’ils nous lisent, ils nous scanent. J’ai hâte d’en apprendre plus pour améliorer la relation avec nos chevaux.

Thank you so much. I was surprised to discover that we could stop thinking. Reduce our mental activity and that this would have an impact on the animals around us. I now understand why they say that horses know what state of mind we are in, that they read us, they scan us. I can’t wait to learn more to improve the relationship with our horses.
