Thank you so much for this clear and complete introduction of your wonderful trust technique . It is just amazing. Thank you also for using a slow pace of speaking which is highly understandable for me, I am French . I don’t have any problems with my 4 years old Labrador called Rebelle but I keep struggling with my meditation routine for months. Nobody has explained the mindfulness so simply than you. I have understood that my dog will benefit from my progress so let’s go! My hearts is beating joyfully when I realize how beautiful are your soul and your goal in your life: taking care of animals and humans.
I think i may of found what i want to do when i grow up! Finally! This is just so amazing, im so glad the trust technique found me.
