I am deeply touched and grateful to find the Trust Technique. It is the fulfillment of a lifelong dream to connect with animals in such a profound way. At this time in my life, I am facing my own trauma and grief and my animal friends have been my lifeline. But even with all the years of Yoga and meditation I have practiced, I still am drowning in this sadness from life events.
