I have very much enjoyed the “Messages Of Trust” videos, and have already learned a great deal from listening to/watching them. I very much like the “slow” delivery of each video, which is the pace I like to move to as much as nowadays! I’ve already started practicing the quietening of the mind/thoughts technique each day, and it very much works for me, so I keep on trying to return to it throughout the day.
