As a former psychoanalytical counsellor of many years in practice, I found this early part of the TT course very interesting, clearly based on some of the founding principles of psychoanalysis in creating a safe space to work with our clients (animals and humans alike!). Though the language framework is different, the ideas are the same. No deep psychological work, positive operant conditioning or cognitive learning can progress without a solid foundation of trust. I look forward to putting these techniques into practice with our Rommie rescue who arrives in late April.

I found it very grounding. We are in our minds all the time in fact we are slaves to our mind, this keeps us anxious and we've accepted this level of anxiety as normal. Once you do this technique your realise how much of our mind we can let go of and how heavy these thoughts are.

Imagine the animal trying to work things out when we are so fractured and controlling.
I have absolute faith our kitty will benefit greatly from the training I've just received.

I'm still learning, despite finding it easy to get into the moment, I'm not getting any animal to enter my safe space, so I may just have to change it again for the third time!

Very helpful, I find it great fun to develop my intuition, I really like this technique, that's why I signed up for Animal Communication.
I would say the Trust Technique (from the UK of course, where spirituality and mediumship are part of everyday life, and as such normal) is a method that is far ahead of its time in terms of humanity and understanding of this world.
