Thank you for sharing such an easy technique. I haven’t really used it on my doggie yet, looking forward to starting the main video course to learn more on how to use the technique with my dog. I am though using the technique each day mainly as I lie down to sleep. I find I have the deepest restorative sleep ever. I’ve also used it a couple of times when feeling emotionally hurt by someone. It is amazing the emotional charge literally disappears and I find I can then respond in a more relaxed and focused way. This technique has literally changed my life. I’m so looking forward to learning more and how to work with my doggie. I’m learning to be an animal wellbeing practitioner so possibly further up the line the practitioner course could well enhance my work with animals. Excited to be here. Excited to start the next journey of the trust technique. Thank you so so much
