This Trust Technique is simply the most genuine thing I've ever come across. Just based on what I have learned so far, I was able to completely reduce the thinking level of my daughter's new puppy right down to zero, where he fell asleep right by my side after a very anxious moment when my daughter left him with me to go to work. I was quite blown away.

The mindful exercises are powerful. I'm doing them every day, and this morning I experienced one of the most peaceful mornings of my life.

I love the hope that is inspired here for situations of fear resulting from trauma. I work with stray and feral cats and the methods that are discussed really chime in with the experiences I have had over the years. I really look forward to continuing the course and learning more ways to help to soothe and calm fearful animals.

This Messages of Trust course is confirming much of what I have long believed about the way our relationships with animals should be grounded on mutual respect and understanding. With people as well as animals I have known intuitively that all negative expressions/behaviours stem from fear. Being present in the moment with empathy provides that space where learning and also healing can happen. A joyful process.
