I found James introduced this whole huge field of focussed attention beautifully and importantly fascinating. I no longer have animals except when I visit friends and family. I’ve thought long and hard whether to go on to the video course at my age! But it gives all that I could not find words for as a child when I befriended dogs, cats and injured birds. Later I lost that gift but now it is an unbelievable delight to discover that it is not only experienced by many others but taken forward with its far wider application and even its own language - I shall sign up for the course!
