I feel quite inspired by your videos and the techniques demonstrated. It has raised questions for me about the issues I have with my dogs, and my love, and fear of horses... I've always loved horses but have basically been afraid of them (and dogs I should add).
I'm practising the simple meditation at the moment and taking it pretty slowly - not actually being 'present' with my dogs just yet. Just seeing if I can take my thinking down.
Yet I feel excited about the possibilities of real connection with animals.
Thanks for opening me up to the potential..
