This is so beautiful, heartwarming and full of integrity, so that I can feel the trust increasing in myself. Mindfulness taught in a very "ready to go" way. I believe that via this wonderful TRUST way of seeing and perceiving our animal companions, we can finally give back what they share with us unconditionally - their love. I will include it in my practice for humans and am sure, it is a most precious way for all of us to find peace in ourselves and that way radiate it in these most turbulent times of the "winds of changes".
