The scale of thinking levels is so simple ,yet so profound ! This concept has already helped me, in seeing my own levels of energy rise as I interact with others (mostly humans).

It is all so new , I have to revisit this again, hmmmm, my hen is staring at me thru the window? Can birds relate? I’m sure to get to that. I am so excited to try this out with my horses, but want to get the whole of it in me first, just so tempting... luckily it was very windy yesterday and I heard you, when you said try at a time when they are already at rest or ease, I’m thinking after they eat on a calm day , when I am at ease too. This is epic, thank you!
