I love watching your vids. Reminds me of the self work I need to do as well with my anxiety. Long for those connections again

i have found watching these Messages very useful and are acknowledging the small work I have been doing with my horse in and intuitive way that has led to insights into the quietening of the mind and meeting my horse there for healing. These simple and clear messages are inspiring and trigger my desire to deepen this work to free horses from trauma and numbness with a desire to help their personalities and energies to return. Good production too. Everything has been thought through and is delivered to a high professional standard. A pleasure to watch. Thank you.

I loved these videos and their messages. I'm going to practise getting present everyday.. especially when some thought annoys or upsets me.
I don't have any animals at the moment. My job makes that impossible at the moment. I'm a pilot and spend more than half the year away from home 4-6 weeks at a time, but this technique will help on a human to human level as well and goodness knows, we can all use more trust, understanding and harmony with each other.

I found this course inspiring, its what has been missing in my life for all these years. I am just learning to understand the meaning of mindfulness and how helpful this will be to myself and my animals. I'm so happy to have found a such peaceful way forward in life and hope to bring this to my animals lives too.

These videos and teachings are simply wonderful. I love it because I have been practicing Vipassana meditation for many years, which I truly love and take to like a duck to water.
