I've just started watching the videos.
I was already doing a lot of mindfulness meditation. But I'd never thought of using it to strengthen my connection with my animals. I'm going to start practicing today.
I can't wait to learn more about the Trust Technique.

I really enjoy this introduction section. The practice is already presented and enriching. It makes me think of the Quantum Entrainment technique but with more detailed applications. That's great !

A really beautiful introduction course that confirms many things I had been experiencing with all my pets from time to time and now I understand why, and how to be even more mindful with each interaction. Finally someone that teaches how to respect animals and their feelings. Thank you so much and hope to do the course as soon as I am able.
