Ich kenne bereits einige Herangehensweisen - Eckard Tolle ist ein sehr gute spirituelle Lehrer.
Doch Trust-Technique bringt es auf so einfache Art und Weise viel näher. Super gut erklärt und aufgebaut.

Actually, I started Trust Technique primarily because of my mare.
The more I practice I feel that I feel like my mare. As a highly sensitive being, not all parts of the body are present.
It helps me settle into my body. A feeling of warmth and lightness expands.
I already know some approaches - Eckard Tolle is a very good spiritual teacher.
But Trust-Technique brings it much closer in such a simple way. Super well explained and structured.
Now we continue with the video course. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for your BEING and WORKING
