I havent really gained anything from this course. Having done animal reiki i am already aware of how important a 'quiet mind' is to engage with animals.
Although i have been able to benefit animals with reiki therapy, i was never able to actually comunicate with the animal. Just the reiki energy helps me find and ease the problem.

It is amazing to see the principles of meditation, mindfulness, loving kindness and wisdom blend together in a simple effective way. The exercise of concentrating on a spot and using 2 senses simultaneously was an "easy" but most difficult part for me. OVERThinking is truly my enemy.
