I really enjoyed this amazing introduction to the Trust Technique and what can be done with it. I also think the couple of exercises in the course would do good for pretty much anyone living today, since so many people are stressed and overthinking! Thank you for creating the messages of trust!

I am deeply touched and grateful to find the Trust Technique. It is the fulfillment of a lifelong dream to connect with animals in such a profound way. At this time in my life, I am facing my own trauma and grief and my animal friends have been my lifeline. But even with all the years of Yoga and meditation I have practiced, I still am drowning in this sadness from life events. Finding this teaching (The Trust Technique) was a gift from God and I am hopeful it can guide and heal me, as well as the animals I love.
