I find beautiful how with the intention and unconditional love and compassion we can create miracles. Thoughts are things we have to chose the good ones. Everything is energy by us being ourself Love Trust Joy Peace we create those emotions we amplify them and connecting with animals or humans we offer them these energies creating harmony . Oh my goodness. WOW. I am aware of how high my anxiety levels are/were. Strangely i already use these techniques subconsciously when dealing with autistic adults with behavioural problems and a potential for violence BUT i didn't realise that with my horses i am the cause of their stress levels; anticipating reactions to potential situations. TRUST technique is a truly fascinating concept

When I started along this learning path, I was initially very sceptical. However, I have been blown away at how beneficial it has proven to be. I am still at the early stages of the TT Video course but I am already benefitting from the course content. The course has made me aware of how small my problems really are, how fortunate I am and as a result I am more at peace with myself. As a result, my animals, 3 dogs and 4 horses, are also benefitting. I cannot wait to see what happens going forward.
