I have very much enjoyed the "Messages Of Trust" videos, and have already learned a great deal from listening to/watching them. I very much like the "slow" delivery of each video, which is the pace I like to move to as much as nowadays! I've already started practicing the quietening of the mind/thoughts technique each day, and it very much works for me, so I keep on trying to return to it throughout the day. I'm looking forward to starting the "Learn All The Techniques" course. Many thanks, James and Shelley, this is a wonderful technique to learn!

I have found this so refreshing, seeing people and Animals coming together and just the calmness of not thinking and being in the moment. I have to go back again so much to take in.
