I revisit Act 1 regularly as it is a wonderful way of re-grounding me in my own way of interspecies connection. I love Flow Writing and use it when seeking stories from the animals I paint. James’ voice has a resonance that settles and focusses me. Love it and highly recommend it as a starting point for your own journey.
