I bought the CD having attended the ACT 1 workshop. I thoroughly enjoyed the workshop but there was so much to take in that I felt I needed to be able to listen to it all again and the CD fills that need. When I listen, it is as though I am back there at the workshop and I am able to develop my skills at the rate that suits me. It has been a great buy.
Almost as good as spending a day with James and Shelly. Listen to the CDs with a group of friends for even better effect.
