I love the course and communication! So many really helpful exercises, James supportive way to present them and the feeling of care for both animals & spreading the art make the course unique. I’ve been repeating many of the exercises again and again – and will continue. And thank you also for the question at the end “how can I be of help with this?” That too resonates very much in me.

I really enjoyed the audio set and was very appreciative of the encouragement that James gave at the end. He said not to worry about feeling exhausted or if you get a headache. To begin with practicing AC is similar to going to the gym, you will get stronger the more you do it. I am very excited to see where this journey continues to lead me! Doing the AC video course was a logical consequence for me after doing the TT video course. The Trust Technique and the AC have opened up completely new spaces for me, even though I have actually been cultivating a peaceful and above all non-violent way of dealing with animals for years. Pressure and competition have always been anathema to me. Thanks to the AC I can now get in touch with the souls and feelings of the animals much more deeply. What an experience! Now I still have to learn to let go of my own doubts – but I will manage that too.
