The ACT1 CD set is an invaluable tool as an aid to achieve, revise, practice the state of mind required for trust and communication. I have found the journey so far an incredible experience.
Even if you have taken a live ACT1 Workshop the CDs are a great way to recap on things you missed or werent sure about and WOW! how wonderful when you realise you can actually communicate with animals. Its also great to do the exercises sitting somewhere in nature. I recommend them to everyone, even when you arent doing Animal Communication they give you a great tool if you always have a busy mind and need to quieten it. Thanks James and Shelley
I have really enjoyed these cds, time over. They are easy to follow and have really helped me understand clearly how to feel confident to listen to my feelings and my senses, and know they mean something. My first communication using the cd was my collie had discomfort on a left back leg, and sure enough there was a small matted piece of fur possibly pulling a bit, which i was then able to remove. I would definately recommend using these cds to anyone studying animal communication. Thank you James and Shelly for all your help so far.
I found the ACT1 CD to be extremely helpful and a wonderful reinforcement of what I had already learned at the workshop in Dublin. James French communicates in a language that is both inspiring and uplifting.

These CDs are just terrific. The techniques really easy to assimilate and comprehend and Jamess warm and natural style a pleasure to listen to. He equips you with confidence and helps you do what actually comes naturally. And how lovely to be in a state of being and not doing! After hearing them just once through, I astonished myself by eliciting from an unknown dog that she had broken her nail when digging which caused her to limp; her favourite food was tripe; and she wanted to know why she wasnt given bones anymore? All verified by her owner. Really exciting.
