The video course has been great as I’ve been able to access the course as my availability permits. The combination of teaching approaches – audio and video has suited my learning styles. The skill and expertise of James and Shelley is just phenomenal and to see the positive impact of the Trust Technique on animals has for me, motivated me to sign up for Practitioner Programme. Thank you James and Shelley.

The Trust Technique video course is absolutely jammed packed with information, direction and examples of just exactly how the trust technique works. The exciting realisation is the trust technique works across so many species of animals, and even humans. The decision making progress using TT is brilliant.

I stumbled upon a commercial of the TT on youtube and was caught by it from the very first moment. I have a 17 year old Haflinger horse Anton whom I have since he was 6 months and I rescued him from the butcher. I also have a little sweet and wild cat Lilli that was found on the street by her previous owner. So I that there are some matters I would love to do the TT with both of my animals. And I started with Lilli the cat. As she had wild reactions and scratched me all over. Not because she was mean no, she was happy but over active and didn’t know how to handle her energy as she was found as a baby without mom. And the more I did with present moment and mindful regard the better it was. And now she can play with me very wild still but she doesn’t pull her claws any more. She is nice and soft with me.
Also my horse Anton. I did train him to lift his legs gently since he was a baby. But he love to pull the front legs away whilst I like to clean them or when the barefoot trimmer works on it. So I also did TT almost every time when I was with him, means between 4-5 days a week and I did TT first as James says in his peaceful place and then slowly I started in the cleaning area. I also told my barefoot trimmer what to do and we tried sometimes to chit chat next to Anton. Well he didn´t like that so I just told her not to speak with me whilst I do the TT next to her and Anton came down to level 2 I would say most of the time and she could do the hoof without any problem. And we are still keeping progress on that and other things I would like to work better in trust.
What can I say, I am just so impressed of what you and Shelly do with animals to help them and the owner. I can´t find words, it is a deep feeling that also helps me with the TT for humans. I want to thank you for that. Thank you for sneaking into my land my animals life. And I am looking forward starting with the coming up practitioner course. It helped me understand animals (in particular horses and dogs) and their behavior much more. I already had the feeling that I wanted to have another contact to them in another “better” way and this course gave me the answer

I’ve just completed the Trust Technique Video Course for the second time and was able to understand and appreciate so much more the second time…
Animals have always played an important part in my life and I’ve had a wonderful career as an equine therapist. Throughout the course there have been many “Ah Ha” moments when I now understand the response, feedback, feeling, intuition I was experiencing from different horses over the years and I am so grateful to James and Shelly for this new awareness.
Using the Trust Technique with my two recently re homed dogs has been invaluable in helping them settle in and support them with any issues that they are carrying/arise. I don’t always know the history/details around these situations, but I can now create a safe space for them to feel peaceful and gradually release.
Thank you James, Shelly and your team again for all the time, effort and excellent teaching content of this course which is truly inspirational and I highly recommend:).

In deep and ongoing gratitude to James, Shelley and the Trust technique team. From the first time I saw the team at The Donkey Sanctuary to today and onwards it has made gentle yet powerful changes to my own everyday life aswell as that of my animal friends. I hadn’t realised that I’ve been searching for this for 30 years since leaving the Equine industry,
The most obvious benefit so far is that my cat no longer bites me, albeit gently, to communicate with me as he no longer has to have that level of frustration and is altogether very calm as remarked upon by the vet only this week when he cooperatively sat on the scales when she indicated them!
However my favourite ongoing changes are being made by me in response to the techniques when used for people.
The delivery via video course in small easy to follow sections works incredibly well and browsing the sections surprisingly seemed to show often an issue in my own life an animal was helped with.
The support of the forums and truly welcoming and friendly participants also enhances the learning experience.
I’m greatly looking forward to continued experience and hopefully becoming the dream .
