This course is life changing. I don’t have any animals at the present but bought it because I feel so peaceful watching and listening to James and seeing the results he achieves with the animals is truly inspiring. I suffer from PTSD so feeling peaceful is very important for me and I am learning to , like the animals he works with cultivate a more peaceful mind and recognise my reactive states quicker . There is so much love and compassion here along with a real appreciation for another beings state of mind., without judgement. What can I say? This is amazing. I am slowly working my way through the video course and am beginning to see the improvements in my relationships with my animals (dogs, ponies and cats). It’s an emotional journey and a bit lonely, as I’m sure friends and family are wondering what on earth I’m doing! But it feels so right to be building relationships like this. I have some challenges ahead but feel sure that if anything can help my animals, it’s the Trust Technique. Thanks so much for making it accessible.
