I loved the messages of trust and am already feeling much more peaceful after just two days of getting present. I also had a wonderful experience with some cows I connected with on a walk yesterday, using what I have learnt so far from the messages of trust. The whole herd came over and one of the cows gently licked me on the elbow for about 30 seconds while I stood still getting present. So beautiful! I have bought the full course and can't wait to dive deeper!
