This is amazing. All my life I've tried to set aside time to meditate and my mind would always wander. Eventually, I'd just give up. I've never had it explained in such a way that has made it so easy. I can't wait to go outside and be with my horses in this state of mind. I'm currently in a positive reinforcement class and this is the icing on the cake. Thank you for sharing these techniques.
