This is one of my girls, Jemma. Today, I was able to transport Jen to the vet holding her in my arms in the passenger seat of our family car. Whilst I practiced the Present Moment exercise I could feel both Jemma and myself in “Zen Mode.” Nothing short of Magic! Thank you James ????
