I think that most of us realise the deep connection that we have on an intuitive level with our animals but to know how it effects our relationship with them, and to be reminded of this, is a gift. Re-learning that the old ways of 'control' over our animals needs to shift to 'co-existence' and respect is something that we all need to hear and put into practise. Thank you so much for your work and for continuing to share this love and wisdom. We all need to be the voice of these beautiful sentient beings that share this world with us.

I feel this approach has brought together my mindufulness practice with my being with my pets, and helping them with their insercurities. I know how powerful mindfulness is and it has helped me so much in the past, but to think it can help animals, as well as people, is really exciting.
