I was very intrigued by the way Janes communicate with animals and heal them using his skills of mindfulness since I first watched it in a video. I’m a long time yoga/meditation practitioner and what James teaches us in The Trust Technique really makes sense to me. I’m sure that I’m not the only person who can sense his kind & gentle soul (animals certainly feel that!) I have just started my journey with The Trust Technique but I’m very excited to learn more and use the skills with my animals!
His approach is helping me to cope with challenges in my personal life as well.
