I have been curious about the Trust Technique for some time now. I found the last days of my beloved elderly dog's life very difficult, as I experienced strong anticipatory grief, worry and guilt. My dog was also very restless, so after watching the introductory video, I finally decided to buy the Messages of Trust course to support her during her last few days. Practising the techniques in the first tutorial for just a few minutes a day gave us a few last calm days together and enabled us to say goodbye peacefully when the time came. I now look forward to practising with my horse to form an even deeper relationship with her.
