Thank you for this wonderful technique sharing with us. I firmly believe that we can share our feelings with animals (and humans)….but unfortunately we “civilised humans” have lost this ability. I myself still find it very difficult and am full of doubt that I can switch off my “analytical head” and get involved in these feelings.
I will continue to practise, practise, practise and maybe …. it will work.

This has been absolutely amazing. I thought for sure my head/thinking would interfere, even though I have a lot of experience in meditation.
But it was suddenly so easy. I did my first two communications „successfully“ and all my doubts have vanished. It’s as real as life itself. Now I am completely hooked.
